Mental health

Depression, but also sadness, moodiness, anxiety, frustration, worries, anger, (we could gradually list all the negative emotions…) – these are all typical manifestations of the stagnation of energy. According to traditional Chinese medicine, the spirit is in the liver and its proper function is manifested by mental strength, so-called liveliness, creativity, ideas, purposefulness, realized ideas, inspiration, planning, determination, courage and self-direction.

At a time when the mind residing in the heart is not sufficiently receiving this “drive” due to stagnant energy. Most often affects the liver, lungs, heart and stomach (or spleen), is due to excessive emotions. Fear, anxiety, envy, hatred ….In the case of the liver, this anger includes suppressed anger, envy, feelings of wrongdoing, restlessness, irritability, defiance, indignation, hostility, frustration and anger. We avoid a smile and we never contented with what we have. For healthy mind the poor house where people laugh 🙂 is more valuable than a palace where people cry.

What can be the solution for you?

I think we should constantly try for peace of mind. Every suffering, even the greatest, will pass once. All events in the flow of time are variable. After the rain the sun rises, even after the harshest winter, spring comes again.

Where you can’t help or change things, don’t worry unnecessarily.

Don’t get involved in barren hobbies that don’t have a goal.

Don’t live in the past, don’t think to much about the future. Live in the present.

Don’t worry to do mistake. Do you know someone who has never been wrong? If you can, correct them.

Put aside hatred, envy and the desire for destructive criticism, impatience, ridicule, bigotry, fatalism and pessimism destroy mental harmony. Be always curious and inquisitive, try to maintain a sense of romance, adventure and recession.

Don’t be afraid of new meetings and new tasks at any age.

Trust people and love them. Don’t expect perfection from them, nobody is perfect. Try to appreciate their individuality.

Don’t complicate your life. If something bothers you about the other person, either accept it or avoid it – just like a river when it hits a mountain.

Observe your surroundings and notice that your problems are basically the same as the problems of many others. Even a doctor suffers from pain, and a police officer sometimes suffocates with fear.

Your mind must always have a clear goal and position. Let your speech be clear – yes, yes or no, no.

Know yourself, learn to love yourself as you are and be able to accept yourself, learn to listen to your body and soul.
