My name is Miriama and I am a specialist of natural solutions for health in Cannes.

Around 15 years I’m interesting about health and healthy lifestyle. I tried many diets, also fasts, that caused me a lot of health problems . Now I know that healthy diet plan is solution how to be fit for long term.

I’m Yoga Teacher for more than 2 years and I started to organize with my friend Yoga Retreats (IBIZA, CANNES, SLOVAKIA, TENERIFE ) Yoga rehelp me to correct posture and improve flexibility.

This year because of corona virus I propose ZOOM lesson so you can exercise from your home 🙂 1 hour daily of physical activity is necessary for our health.

In life I always trying to be positive and find always solution.

I also continue to get new knowledge in Chinese Medicine. It is so fascinating because really helping to heal the body 100% natural way instead of harm it with artificial pharmaceutics products. I propose to my clients diet plan which is personalized to your individual needs with natural remedies that are use in china for over 2000 years .

My name is Daniela Haley and I am a health and fitness enthusiast. My ambition is to change the lifestyle of the clients, inspiring them with new ideas and concepts about nutrition, exercise, and leading a healthier lifestyle. By incorporating these principles, I believe we can together achieve the ultimate goal of healthier, longer, and happier lives! I also encourage the importance of overall body and mind well-being and believe that the body will achieve what the mind believes. “Start with accepting yourself where you are now and as the longest journey starts with the first step, this could be the first step to becoming a new you”.

Healthy lifestyle and exercise, is not something I grew up with, rather it is something I was drawn to after being unhealthy and unhappy working in corporate offices for years.  Over time, I have gradually made some critical changes in her lifestyle through healthy eating and regular exercise, and now I cannot emphasise enough their benefits. Having a stronger body, higher energy levels, improved health and positive psychological changes were assuring her that this was a path I wanted to pursue. As getting myself on this path has helped me enormously, I would like to empower myself in helping others to experience similar positive changes in their lives.

I left a corporate career in accounting to become a certified personal trainer 6 years ago. Since, I have been helping clients in London, Los Angeles and worldwide through One to One,  group, and online coaching.  I helped clients from different walks of life to lose weight, tone up, fight depression through fitness or adjust nutrition habits. I also held children’s group classes. I love taking clients through their transformation journey as they become fitter, healthier and ultimately happier. To add to personal Training qualification, I have also undergone continuous personal development courses such as High Intensity Interval Training, Pad work for small groups (boxercise), Suspension Fitness (TRX) and Indoor Cycling (Spinning).
