The goal of Yoga is to get rid off any emotional suffering and find inner peace and happiness . To find connection with everyone and everything.

Other goals :

  1. Discipline for attaining results.
  2. Breathing techniques.
  3. Control of muscular system .
  4. Meditation help to release any tension in you body.
